For delivery to the United States and Canada, a shipping, insurance, and handling fee of $9.95 will be applied to all orders under $300.00.

International purchases will receive an e-mail notifying you of the total amount due for international shipping.

We use USPS Priority Mail exclusively. All shipping charges include adequate insurance for items up to $300.00 value. If your purchase is over $300.00 total value, we will notify you of the appropriate shipping and insurance charge. Nothing will be shipped without insurance. There will be no additional shipping charge for additional purchases if payment is made for all items at one time. Packages shipped to the state of Colorado are required to add 2.9% sales tax.

PayPal-- You may use PayPal to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or e-check.

Items will be shipped within two (2) business days of receipt of PayPal funds. PayPal e-checks must clear prior to shipping.

We accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Items will be shipped within two (2) business days of receiving one of these types of payment.

SteffanWeir International will accept personal and business checks, but shipment will be delayed 7 days for check clearance if you choose this type of payment.

SteffanWeir International offers our "No-Questions-Asked" return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it along with the gift pouch and valuation certificate, within five (5) business days, for a full refund of the price of the item. In the case of a return, full refund will be made for the price of the purchased item, not including shipping/handling/insurance charges. Valuation certificate and gift pouch must be returned with your item in their original condition in order to receive a refund. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or altered will be returned to the buyer without a refund. Initiating a purchase constitutes an acceptance of these terms.
